Enjoy this home near Mount Seymour and Deep Cove. This is a class 80's home with recent renovations. Scenic stroll to Deep Cove, or Cate's Park. Enjoy the trails close by and within walking distance to shopping, groceries, restaurants and community center. Enjoy the yoga space for meetings, bring in a personal instructor or host a photoshoot. Our front room has a working fireplace, wood ceilings and a lot of natural light. The backyard has a trampoline, a BBQ, and a fire seating area for campfire stories.
