About the Space
This beautiful, open-floor plan home has stunning details and gives off a Spanish villa vibe. It is cohesively decorated with contemporary style and modern details all which tie back to the homes villa like feel. The exposed wood posts and beams bring nature indoors and the over-sized fireplace creates a cozy feel. The black paned windows create the perfect contrast in the home along side the original dark, hardwood flooring. The great room (living, dining + kitchen) is the perfect open concept and is breathe-taking due to its 10 foot ceilings and cement floors. The floor-to-ceiling patio doors off of the back of the home open up to a garden sanctuary that you will never want to leave. The rest of the yard is well looked after but not overly manicured allowing for the beauty of raw nature to shine through. With a view of the mountains from the kitchen this home is perfect for photo shoots or movie shoots and has a uniqueness about it you won't find anywhere else. Come on in and see for yourself!
