About the Space

Warm and welcoming, this centre is the first location we opened on the North Shore over 10 years ago. It features 12,000 sq. ft. of premium office space and of course stunning waterfront views! Enjoy all that trendy lower lonsdale has to offer, including the Market at the Quay, Shipyards District, and an array of fantastic, locally-owned shops and restaurants. “Calling all public transit commuters!” – This location is neighbor to the Seabus with connections to the Skytrain and Canada line, making it an effortless access point. Please note that an access fob is needed for after hour and weekend bookings. Centre doors are open from 7 am- 6 pm M-F. You will need to collect a fob during business hours, 9 am - 5 pm M-F.     Fantastic space! Literally steps from the seabus and busses, with Lonsdale Quay shops and restaurants next door for nice lunch break. The building amenities are five stare, and Khadaji and her staff are very friendly and accommodating. Can't recommend this place enough and we will be using them again repeatedly.
