Authentic award-winning main street storefront Texas Historic Landmark Building in the center of Arts District. A certified green and sustainable facility, the 120-year-old building has original brick walls, oak flooring and 14' high ceilings. The street is in the center of a charming historic district with unique boutiques and restaurants inviting robust foot traffic. It's a unique and ideal location to hold workshops, meetings, pop-ups, product launches, fashion shows, research studies off-site gatherings, breakfasts and luncheons. There are two main rooms available for use: The Main Gallery, which is the original brick and hardwood storefront and can accommodate 90 people (during COVID guidelines). During non-COVID restrictions the occupancy is up to 190. The Raw Garden, a more casual, organic indoor garden space will accommodate around 60-90 depending on seating configuration. Two large (8'x9') garage door style front windows can open completely providing open-air marketing opportunities. Exposed ductwork and industrial details deliver an urban energy. There are separate upscale men's and women's restrooms; both ADA compliant. A large catering kitchen allows for food service and entertaining options. Two huge (10'x20') video walls with ceiling-mounted projection systems and three audio systems are included in rental. Wall-washing track lighting is included.
