About the Space
Beautiful completely fenced in backyard to host any event. Quiet, secluded and private. It’s complete with a large grill, huge marble dining table (covered under a solid roof patio) a curved pool with a slide and plenty of inflatable rafts/toys/and games that can be included. 🎉 Plenty of chairs and a sectional outdoor seating area with a small table. Many fruit trees line the fence and there are beautiful palm trees as well. On the other side there is a pad for parking up to 40 feet (inside the gate) and a large grass area that can be used to set up tents/seating/blowup playhouses/animal petting zoo, or for outdoor games such as volleyball or badminton. The large front yard has a giant swing suspended from a massive Royal Poinciana tree that is fun for kids or people of all ages. The garage has a small workspace and tools against the wall but is mostly empty and may be used as well. Roof access allowed with supervision/permission to film, etc Party Bus can also be included in rental and used on the pad inside the gate and as transportation. You can play loud music, DJ, and have parties and events until at least midnight before the music has to be turned down a bit to reasonable levels so as not to disturb the neighbors (who are all cool with this and won’t bother you).

It was such a beautiful location that I will definitely go to again. He was very nice and showed me around the place and was very helpful with us. It was a very big area with a great pool and a bar around the back which was very helpful. 10/10 location and will definitely be going back again!

Best Place Ever!!!!!!!! Host was amazing, very understanding, was around to help me whenever I needed something. And even when things got sidetracked, he helped me out. Would recommend 10 out of 10.‼️‼️‼️
