Wall-washing lighting, dance lighting, spotlighting and pin-spotting are also included to accommodate and highlight specific areas and scenes. The building is conveniently located near the intersection of Hwy 190-George Bush Tollway and 75-North Central Expressway. It is also adjacent to a DART rail station. Free street, garage and lot parking are available.
