About the Space

This space is 1,600 square feet and features a set measuring 250 square feet. This set is a cinematic office setting backdrop that includes a 10 foot tall by 20 foot long wall featuring a perpendicular, 10 foot tall by 10 foot long wall with a window in the middle, a white wall, a wooden wall, and fully wooden flooring. The props include a sofa, tables, chairs, other furniture, and plants. Guests are more than welcome to bring their own props as well. The white background combined with the wooden wall creates a very elegant look. There is plenty of space in the room, including two bathrooms down the hall. For lighting, we offer an Aperture Amaran 60d LED light, a Smallrig 120B key light, and a softbox on a C-stand included in the rental. This is perfect for videos and photo shoots for businesses, dance choreography, interviews, fashion, products, etc. Message us here to book.
