Building from 2019, steps away from the ocean , this space can used for events. We have a grocery store /coffee shop/Deli. Great space for meetings, presentations, filming, dinners, and more! The space can host up to 50 people. We have : WIFi, several tables and chairs, coffee and tea, food services, fully equipped kitchen, we can cater a vegan or vegetarian meal, and clean washrooms. Rules: - booking must include set up and take down - garbage must be separated from recycling - space must be reset to original state that it was started from - liquor license would be set up by you We have team members that would be interested in hosting.
