Warehouse Studio Rules:
- Max capacity 100 ppl
- No smoking in the building
- Respectful conduct - expect all guest to behave respectfully towards each other, staff, property, and tenants. Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
- Basic cleaning is the responsibility of the host or clean up crew to be hired. Dispose of trash properly and ensure decorations or materials brought in are removed at the end of the event.
- Events to end at 11pm
- Outside vendors are allowed
- While we encourage lively and engaging events, please be mindful of noise levels to respect neighboring businesses or residents.
- DJ is ok, acoustic music/singing is ok. No loud live bands
- If alcohol is served at your event, you must comply with all local laws and regulations regarding alcohol consumption.
- Depending on the nature of your event, you may be required to provide proof of insurance or additional permitting.
- If you plan to bring in outside vendors, ensure they are aware and comply with our rules and regulations
