Spacious dance studio. Ideal for fitness functions/private events/sessions, retreats and workshops. Ideal for pointe/ballet work; sprung flooring. Space is not suitable for birthday parties. Two entry/exit doors; one from first street, and another one in the back alley next to Fun Alley and off Lonsdale. Waiting area available to display merchandise. Back area has a lounge with curtains that can act as a dressing room Bathrooms in building on third and fourth floor. Sound system, fans, dimmer lighting, ballet barres, yoga mats, toiletries, weights, blocks, resistance bands, towels, stools/seating. Dog friendly! *Payment is collected prior to the use of the space.

    This is a gem of a studio and Janelle is a wonderful communicator who is very friendly, up-front and easy to work with for bookings!
