The property is a 1970s adobe house located in the North Valley of Albuquerque, New Mexico within walking distance from the Rio Grande. At 2300 square feet, this three-bedroom/two bath property features custom built adobe walls with a completely open floor plan, three kiva fire places, nineteen skylights for incredible natural lighting, a secluded kidney-shaped pool with hot tub shaded by oak, mulberry, cottonwood and plum trees, as well as a large outdoor covered patio and gathering nook with rose bushes and grape vines surrounding it. The house is located on a private cul de sac with easy access, free street parking and a large driveway. There no permit restrictions that I am aware of.
