Unique, historic Victorian has antique wood detailing, high ceilings, hardwood floors, large rooms and great light. Spaces include entrance foyer, sitting room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, sun room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Located right where Old Town and Downtown meet, you'll be in a historic neighborhood in the heart of the city, while also on a quiet street. The rear garden is very quiet and private: set far back from the street with adobe walls. It has a lawn, water feature, huge tree and shaded wooden deck. There is a fenced front garden with a lawn and willow tree. The driveway accommodates six cars plus there is plenty of street parking. Greenery lines the driveway, and at the far end is a garage that's used for storage. Additional 800 sq ft guesthouse at the rear of the property may be bookable with sufficient notice. I'm an actor and have experience hosting feature film shoots in my home, so I'm super familiar with set etiquette. Above all, I understand that flexibility is key!
