About the Space

A graceful southern plantation with wrap-around porches on the banks of the New River. Our Inn was Fort Lauderdale's most glamorous accommodation in 1905. Today the hotel is the main museum of History Fort Lauderdale with 2 galleries on the first floor, a caterers kitchen, and period furnishings. In recent years the New River Inn has hosted heads of state, ambassadors, international authors and artists.
