This space is perfect for digital nomads and professionals requiring a private office to conduct client meetings and/or complete work in a quiet setting. ***Looking to use this space for a photoshoot or filming? Please inquire within with details as these uses for the office will be priced differently*** Space: ★ Design: newly renovated, modern rustic vibe. ★ Perfect for: client meetings, digital nomads working alone or together as a pair, Youtube filming, small photoshoots (please provide details on filming or photoshoot type to determine suitability). ★ What's included in your office room: high-speed wifi, adjustable desk/drafting table, coffee, tea, water, comfortable lounging bench, shelving space, and a bright window. ★ Other areas you have access to: communal kitchen (listed as communal, but it is seldom used by the office owner) and washroom both of which are maintained and cleaned on a regular basis. ★ Optional services: we can offer printing, scanning, copying services, and white board + marker use at an extra cost (please let us know in advance.) Location: ★ Easily accessible: right off multiple highways for those travelling from Vancouver and beyond (2 min drive from BC 99 & 5 min drive from Knight Bridge ), FREE parking stalls up to 8 available spaces (first come first serve), and 3 min walk from nearest bus stop for those travelling by public transit. ★ Environment: located on the 2nd floor of a quiet and safe low-rise (2 levels total) commercial property in Bridgeport, Richmond. ★ Security: should you require a key to lock the office, we can have one prepared for you. IMPORTANT: Floor plan of the whole office unit is attached in the photos. Highlighted areas of private office room, washroom, and kitchen are the spaces you will have access to. This space was perfect for my private meeting. It was comfortable, both in the desk and the couch, and Cammy provided me with a heater so the space was cozy. The natural light was beautiful, the space was clean, and the bathroom and kitchen facilities were fantastic.

Cammy is an exceptional host! It was a pleasure being able to film our small production in their space. The space was exactly what we have envisioned. Very accommodating and friendly hosts, little Kiwi was a ball of energy :) Trendy and stylish office, would highly recommend :) we used the space for a small photoshoot and very happy with the photos we took!
