The breathtaking views and natures tranquility makes it hard to believe that we are just minutes from Los Angeles. Nestled in the Santa Monica Mountains the vast views of the canyon and stunning rock formations make this a unique location. We also offer a daylight studio with production, photography and lighting gear available for rent. Our property can accommodate many cars. Minimum Rate that is shown is based on a non-commercial still shoot with a crew/talent size of 15 or less @ a 10 hour day.

The Gatehouse with Outdoor Deck and Views
This 1,053 sq ft location is tucked amongst the beautiful Santa Monica Mountains and hundred year old oak trees. The interior of the house features natural lighting, two bedrooms, one master bathroom, a loft with two twin beds, a full kitchen, and free wifi. You’ll have access to our wrap-around deck with rocking chairs and our front patio that has a cedar soaking tub, lounge chairs, propane fire pit, and a stunning view! Behind the house you will find a hammock in the tree-filled surroundings.
The property is located in a rural and tranquil setting with easy access from Topanga Canyon Boulevard.
You’ll most likely be greeted by deer upon arrival!
The Barn in Topanga with Outdoor Deck
The Barn is a picturesque, cedar, double-sided horse stable surrounded by willow trees. From the horseshoe-clad archway to the large, outdoor deck with stunning views, the barn exudes Old Western charm. Inside are two, vaulted open spaces featuring raw wood, a tin roof, and unexpected seating. Next to the structure you’ll find a restroom at your convenience.
