Lou was a fantastic host. He let us use some of the items in the room as props which helped us immensely! The location looked exactly as pictured. There was no elevator, but it was on the second floor with a very wide staircase and hallway, so large items were a breeze to bring up. The largest concern was the highway nearby which became an issue at times since we shot a sound-sync film there. I talked with Lou about this and he expressed his intent on getting sound plugs for the windows, so if you are looking to record audio in the space, definitely inquire about this. Overall the space was amazing for the price, not much else looks like it in the city! Would shoot here again.

AJ was great, he was super accommodating and got us into the location on very short notice. He responded very quickly to all my request. All the staff are helpful and the location was perfect for what we were looking for. However, it is a small place so I wouldn’t recommend a crew size more than 15 people. It gets hot even with the AC on.

Erika was an amazing host and we couldn't have pulled off our film shoot without her. The house was perfect and literally felt like we were shooting on a back lot with how easy it was to move around and change furniture etc. I'd film there again anytime.
