Creative office: Bright room with original wood ceiling, white paneled walls, mustard curtains, vintage motorsport artwork, shelving, teal velvet sofa and large wood desk. Suitable for office scenes, interviews and editorial setups. Plant room: Light-filled, highly layered space featuring abundant hanging and potted plants, green curtains, eclectic artwork and a cream boucle chair. Well suited to portraits, lifestyle, fashion and product photography. Screened porch: Large covered outdoor living space with vaulted beadboard ceiling, dark sectional, green lounge chairs, oversized botanical rug and screened walls. Offers an outdoor look with protection from direct sun and light weather. Exterior: Private fenced side yard with lawn, firepit, mature plantings and access to the screened porch.
