Great Venue, great location! The space has 21 chairs, but the capacity is 50. We brought rental tables and chairs. Our guests enjoy the night. The staff was so helpful. Thank you ThisOpenSpace and Creme De La Crumb!

The room was perfect for an in and out evening of about 60-70 people. The room never felt crowded or uncomfortable and with the long table in the middle of the room, created a natural flow. The staff were friendly, attentive, and I would happily recommend the space. Communication in the lead up to the event was straightforward, and easy.

Dylan's space is an amazing hidden gem for Toronto productions. The main studio room was perfect for interviews, the white cyc beside it added incredible flexibility. And a perfect location for downtown shoots. Dylan himself is a great host, who brought an added level of insight to our needs both creatively and hands-on. A nice place to shoot I'd say in all.
