Great location for shooting a video. Thanks to the host who is very accommodating.

What an amazingly pleasant and productive shooting experience we had here! The host and manager, were both incredibly accommodating, giving us easy access to the space, not hovering while we were working, but also being incredibly responsive, whenever we had questions. They even tried to round up some more extras for us to help us further shape our scene. Speaking of that, the bar, just has a fantastic vibe and very beautiful and usable practical lighting throughout. I found myself just augmenting things slightly for the tone I was going for, but this space did not require a big lighting lift. For added perspective, consider that we shot the opening scene to our project here -- so we really needed the right space to set the tone. This bar was absolutely it. And I could easily see it playing well across the spectrum of a vibey dive bar, a more sophisticated club, and even a place for an intimate dialogue scene. Between the 360 bar with all its angles, the booths tucked into corners, the dance floor, and the practical lighting, this place offers a broad palette for you to create scenes with. Add to that incredibly accommodating hosts and easy nighttime interiors shot in the middle of the day and you'd be silly not to seriously consider shooting here.

We booked this space for a short dance film and it was absolutely perfect! Colin was extremely responsive and helpful. The space is exactly as described/pictured with an abundance of space. Could not be happier with our experience.

We rented this space for a full-day photoshoot for 10 hours. The space was gorgeous and fit all our needs. There was a casa manager on site for the duration of our shoot, and she was super helpful throughout the day! Since everything in the space is so fragile and sensitive, there were a lot of requirements which were not listed prior to us booking. We definitely understand the reasoning but I wish these notes were stated somewhere. All surfaces need to be covered (tables, chairs, countertops), no beverages past the kitchen/dining table area, need approval from the casa manager to move any piece of furniture, need to wear booties or go barefoot, and all equipment legs must be on tennis balls. Overall the space was great and our casa manager was helpful!

This is a terrific location. Looks like an actual vintage terrestrial Radio station. Fully dressed. Camera ready. The host Bruce is very accommodating and quickly responds to all requests. I'll be back.

The host was really great and access was easy, the space is well kept and easy to work in. Unfortunately, the building's A/C was down on our shoot day, but the host offered us free time in compensation.

This place is so unique and easy to shoot. You don't need a stylist because the place is already dressed for you! Maneh was so accommodating and helpful - couldn't have asked for a smoother shoot.
