Olia and team were responsive and our shoot went well. There is a bit of traffic and airplanes flying over head, but mostly we were able to capture clean audio as well. Would definitely recommend for any shoot requiring woods.

Absolutely incredible space! Brett has truly created magic here with multiple backgrounds, interior space, and it is all filled with period specific decor and props. Great parking and the bathroom add on was wonderful! To top it all off, Brett was the most communicative, kind, flexible and easy person to work with. 10/10 recommend, book this space!

The host was very kind and responsive. The space was clean and had a lovely scenery at night with small lights around the town. Parking was right on site and easy to find. I would highly recommend!
