The main house (Spanish Style) is the main residence of the owner and rents at $200/hr for the interior (shoot or holding area) + a cleaning fee (<50 crews quoted higher) . ALL THE REST (40 acres and 3 other houses) is $175/hr.

Olia and team were responsive and our shoot went well. There is a bit of traffic and airplanes flying over head, but mostly we were able to capture clean audio as well. Would definitely recommend for any shoot requiring woods.
