This location is gorgeous. We used it for an automotive photoshoot, so just exteriors. The homeowner was very accommodating and the site rep was super helpful. Would definitely return!

What a magical location this is, stylish and beautifully appointed. Nothing is any bother for the charming host who is on hand when you need her but also lets you get your work done. The views are stunning and this place has so much character. I feel in love with it when I first saw the pictures and it lived up to my expectations.

Andrea was my inaugural booking, and it was an absolute pleasure working with her. I needed Andrea’s property (which by the way, is absolutely breathtaking) in the 11th hour of our production. The entire time, she was accessible, in constant communication and not once bothered by the droves of inquires. She even went out of her way to meet with our location manager (who ended up getting stuck in traffic) and not once did she complain. On the day of the shoot, Andrea arrived on time, gave us a tour, showed us how to operate the systems, and stuck around (but out of our way) just in case we needed anything. She was also helpful with craft selection (as we’re a New York based production team). As for the home itself, it was perfect for what we needed and then some! In addition to the grand aesthetic, it enhanced the production value a great deal. Landscaping and the Hollywood Hills location allowed for perfect drone shots. To say the least, this is the perfect property to shoot anything from an industrial, to a feature film. It’s simply perfect. The property is large enough to dub as dressing rooms and craft services without it being part of the shot (if your crew know what their doing). Should you need or would like to schedule transport, you can use Standard Hotel (Hollywood) or The Griddle Cafe as reference points. The property is located 10-minutes from either location. Makes it perfect for non-drivers as you can Uber/Lyft from these locations. So happy Andrea was our first; she is a true gem and everything we as producers hope to deal with when doing our job. Lastly, to surmise the experience, I’m trying to find a project now so we have a reason to book with Andrea again ;) Book Andrea’s property now! You won’t regret it.
