It's a great space, and it went super smooth from a logistics standpoint. Loading in and out was easy with a back entrance. AJ was very helpful and responsive to questions I had. We did run into one issue. As there are other locations people book at this venue, we had issues hearing sound from outside the room, which resulted in us having to stop a few takes due to noise. I would inquire if there will be other bookings the same day as your production date(s).
Really great set. Feels extremely lived-in and was perfect for our purposes of creating a scene set in the 1990s. It also lended itself well to the different tones we sought to create.

Great location. We used it for a music video, and we found it perfect for our needs.
Great location, the managers are very accommodating and the prop room they provided gave us great options for on-the-spot set dressing.
The only thing you'll want to keep in mind is there may be some sound pollution if someone is recording music nearby, but the location was flexible and works great for an indie production.
