Abandoned Vintage Apartment (1970s) Really great set. Feels extremely lived-in and was perfect for our purposes of creating a scene set in the 1990s. It also lended itself well to the different tones we sought to create.

90s Retro Office Space Great location, the managers are very accommodating and the prop room they provided gave us great options for on-the-spot set dressing.
The only thing you'll want to keep in mind is there may be some sound pollution if someone is recording music nearby, but the location was flexible and works great for an indie production.

Abandoned Vintage Apartment (1970s) The location manager (Jacob) went above and beyond with communication. The space was exactly what we were looking for and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. Recommend this location to everyone! Just be sure you have time allowed for the load in & out on the stairs if you're using the Apartment set.
