With wood-paneled walls, warm lighting, and retro details, this studio plays perfectly for music videos, narrative films, intimate performance shoots, or podcast recording. Totally soundproof and sound-isolated from the rest of the building, the studio also features whisper-quiet A/C to keep your production comfortable all day. Furnishings & Props The studio includes a lush lounge-style setup with electric guitars, keyboards, mic stands, lava lamps, and retro decor. USB-C microphones are included for podcast recording — just bring your laptop. If you do not see an item on your scout, it is not included in the booking. Gear Available Rent where you shoot and save time on transport. We offer cameras (RED, Sony, Blackmagic), cine lenses, Aputure lights, Litepanels, Quasars, grip gear, hazers, and more. Additional Amenities Shared breakspace area, restrooms, tables, chairs, refrigerator, microwave, sinks, and make-up mirrors included. Private holding spaces and production offices are available the same day at $50, $100, and $500. Inquire for details.
