Secluded on a private five acre estate nestled in the beautiful hills of De Luz in Temecula. Approximately 12,000+ square feet of outdoor space available for many types of events (eg. weddings, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners and many types of event parties). Dressing room and full bathroom included just off the back patio with private entrance. Please note: Weddings are an additional $1500 flat fee in addition to the hourly rates. Please see the "Add-ons" section and select it along with any other "Add-ons" you may require. Enjoy a picturesque scenic backdrop of Chardonnay and Merlot vineyard. A gorgeous place to host any type of party, wedding, or event. Easy freeway access. 3 miles to I-15 freeway at Rancho California Rd. 1,200 sq. ft. Ramada with extended deck, fireplace with TV above and surround sound. BBQ with bar. Connected deck with seating for 30 people and more seating by the pool and quick walk on pathway to more seating. Pool and Jacuzzi. Changing room with full bathroom. Tennis court (day light only). Large grassy area immediately right off of the deck area. Next to deck is a large stone area with fountain and place for DJ and dancing. If you would like my assistance or my coordination (fee not included), I offer catering, bar tender, flowers, decorations, DJ/live band, photographer, clergy, and shuttle service for large events or weddings.
