About the Space

Studio Facility is available for hourly rentals to use for your Workshop, Event, Meeting or whatever your imagination can do with 7000 sq ft of flex space. Our facility includes a 40 ft. Green Screen, Creative Maker Space, Production/Multi-Purpose room, Make Up/Dressing Rooms and a Black Box Theater space with control room, a 26’Wx16’D stage that can seat 100 people comfortably, a mini Kitchen and 4 bathrooms. And of course, if you need additional expertise and equipment we are an Award Winning Full Service Video Production Multi Media Solutions Company. ***The rate on the published listing is for a rental fee with no equipment and a staff member. Rental fee with equipment and staff is $325/hour.
