About the Space

Hilltop Hideaway is a private 5 acre ranch located about 90 minutes from Los Angeles in beautiful Temecula Wine Country. The grounds consist of open driveways with plenty of parking for big trailers, artificial turf, in ground trampoline, and a huge salt water pool, waterslide, diving board and swim-up bar. To compliment the outside, the palapa covers the swim-up bar and bbq area. Inside, the residence consists of dual master suites (one up/one down) and 2 huge additional bedrooms. There are 5 giant bathrooms with 4 tubs/showers. The downstairs entertaining room has a pool table, granite bar, sink and beverage area and has both Murphy & couch beds. There are horse facilities on the property including fully covered stalls with auto waterers for up to 8 horses. The stalls lead out to 2 fully fenced pastures. There is an area that can be used as a helicopter landing area (check permits). The existing 5000+ sq ft/ metal building has a 20' roof and overhang on both sides. The metal building is home to 2 apartments and existing production equipment for some shoots and live events. Please inquire separately about building and any production equipment needs.
