Built in 1990 as a spec home, this neo-eclectic house combines California Ranch with a unique high pitch Tudor-like roof. The entry dirt road leads to an elegant long concrete driveway and charming front door entryway. There are two patios; a small uncovered patio on the southern side of the house and a larger lattice covered patio on northern side of the house enclosed with a white picket fence. The interior is quaint with floor to ceiling glass French doors which open to the south patio. The house sits back on a hill surrounded by 4 acres of wide-open space. The immediate fenced in area is filled with over 20 large mature trees - Oak, Pine and Pink Peppercorns, while the grounds outside of the white rail fence are filled with local chaparral. The real beauty is the sense of peace among the trees surrounded by the mountains and valleys and the absence any immediate neighbors.
