We filmed some interviews here for a documentary. The space was perfect. Actually bigger than it seems in the photos. Lots of options and angles for filming. We were able to easily find four unique looks. The kitchen space was wonderful to have for our lunch. Communication with the owners was excellent. Super fast replies and very friendly and helpful. Absolutely would recommend this space.

A perfect downtown location for an offsite meeting, training session, photoshoot, art exhibition, pop-up shop/showroom, games night and much more! 9' tin ceilings, dark hardwood floors, gender neutral washrooms, kitchenette, a large common space, smaller office spaces, and a sound dampening room provides lots of flexibility. Numerous City and private parking lots in the area and only a couple of blocks from Parliament Hill and public transit stations. This is a 2SLGBTQIA+ safe space.

We hosted our baby shower with approximately 70 guests. The space itself was very nice and clean and the host was super accommodating and helpful. Would definitely recommend this space and book again.

I recently hosted my baby shower at this location and I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. The room was not only modern and spacious but also equipped with all the necessary furniture and items for hosting an event like ours. From ample counter space and a fridge to comfortable couches, tables, and chairs, everything we needed was readily available. Despite hosting about 50 people, including decor tables and chairs for everyone, the space felt just right, neither too crowded nor too empty. The host was incredibly responsive, answering my messages promptly, and exuded a warm and accommodating demeanor throughout. The directions and information provided were clear and concise, making it easy for guests to find the venue. However, the only downside was the tricky downtown parking situation, which posed a challenge for some of my guests. Additionally, lugging decor and catering up multiple flights of stairs proved to be a bit of a hassle. Overall, though, I highly recommend this location for anyone looking to host an event. The positives far outweighed the minor inconveniences, and my baby shower was a memorable and enjoyable occasion thanks to the excellent facilities and service provided.
