About the Space
We are located at 131 Bank Street (at Slater) on the third floor of a historic building. A perfect downtown location for an offsite meeting, training session, photoshoot, art exhibition, pop-up shop/showroom, games night, baby shower, birthday celebration and much more! We have 9' tin ceilings, dark hardwood floors, gender neutral washrooms, a stocked kitchenette (with plates, cutlery, serving platters & utensils, glasses, etc.) and a bright, large common space, with leather furniture, cocktail tables/chairs and an eclectic mix of assorted tables and chairs. There are numerous City parking lots (236 Slater is across the street and free on weekends) and private parking lots in the area. It is only 2 blocks from the Parliament LRT station and OC Transpo bus routes 6, 7, & 11 stop right outside the door. This is a 2SLGBTQI+ safe space. Viewings can take place 7 days a week. Please message us your intention to visit so we can ensure someone is available to give you a tour and that no event is taking place at that time.

Kevin did an amazing job of explaining everything we needed to know for our engagement party. He was great at answering our questions and guided us through the process of using the space very well. He provided extra kitchen ware and materials for us which came in very handy for us. Our guests love the space we had reserved and we look forward to seeing our friends use the space in the future for their own events. Couldn’t be more thankful for Kevin!

Kevin is a fantastic host and made it extremely easy to coordinate with, which we appreciated it. We were given a tour of the space and the parking/event details were very easy to follow. Almost all amenities including wifi, speakers, microwave, tables/chairs, dishes & cutlery were available. Only downside is there is no oven but we could bring an air fryer if needed. I would definitely recommend booking this spot for any celebrations or business event!

We used this spot for a baby shower. It was perfect! Beautiful venue, doesn't require much decoration. The owner set up the tables and chairs for us and was great to work with. We got a liquor license to serve alcohol. The venue already has bluetooth speakers that you can connect to which was super convenient. The price was very reasonable too. I highly recommend this place!

It is a great place to host your events, the open space concept gives different options to set up your event the way you want to + the countertop is great for having any food and drinks. Also, a large TV screen lets you do presentations or have it as a background with your event cover.

This venue was perfect for my 30th birthday party. I am so happy I found it online, as the price is so affordable, it's modern & vibey with the ability to decorate how you want, and the space has everything you need to host friends and family. We purchased a special occasion alcohol permit, which let everyone bring their own drinks to enjoy. All of our guests were so intrigued on how we found this gem of a place and said they loved it. The hosts are incredibly kind and accommodating. I would certainly recommend this space for your event!
