This space is simply a 20ft by 9ft room surrounded by red curtains/black and white floor. With some creative imagination, the possibilities are endless. A few props are available and outside props are more than welcome to dress your set. The space is built into a container room/container building. Parking options Free onsite parking, Free street parking, Nearby parking lot Parking description 3 cars fit on the driveway and an additional parking spot on the side driveway. There's parking on the backside of the property that fits about 10 cars and parking all along the street. Space has natural light Natural light can be blocked out Space is not soundproof Crew access Ground Floor No staging area available Some rooms are off-limits for shooting Any other room that isn't booked is off limits. This space is your only are available to film. Circuit breaker can not be accessed General Rules -Smoking is allowed -Loud music is allowed -Alcohol is allowed -outside food is allowed -Please throw away any trash in the cans around the property to avoid any fees Hide All ages are allowed in the space Production insurance is not required Furniture and decorations may be moved Smoke machines are allowed Nudity is allowed Security cameras and recording devices There are security cameras on the outside of the property.
