About the Space

This space features separate rooms for a 360 capability of filming. There is a hospital setting, a courtroom, and a casino room with a craps table 12 feet long, a poker table, and a blackjack table with chips and dice. The hospital set includes multiple props to enhance your production and the courtroom has a judge gavel and judge gown. Parking options Free onsite parking, Free street parking, Nearby parking lot Parking description There are 4 parking spots right in front of the entrance door and 20+ parking spots along the gate on the back side of the building property. Space does not have natural light Lighting description The space has ceiling lights. There is no natural light besides the hospital room. Space is not soundproof Ambient noise description The space is fairly quiet it is not on a busy street and there isn't much noise from neighbors but you can here AC turn on and off and every so often cars drive by close to the entrance door. Crew access Ground Floor Equipment loading description There is a garage door with a removable wall to bring in big equipment that wouldn't fit through an average sized door. No staging area available All rooms are available for shooting Shooting the exterior of the building is not allowed Circuit breaker can be accessed General Rules There is absolutely no smoking inside or outside of this property. Take a look at my host page for the other studio location with smoking. No food besides drinks and small snacks. Must clean up after yourself to avoid cleaning fee. Loud music is allowed only inside. Please do not hang around outside of the studio room. No loud music or filming outside of the property. Hide All ages are allowed in the space Production insurance is not required No moving furniture and decorations Smoke machines are allowed Nudity is allowed Security cameras and recording devices There are security cameras at the entrance of the film studio.
