This space comes with everything you need to film a court room scene. From music videos, comedy skits, podcasts, and more. This space is ready for your production. There is a removable wall left of the judge stand that can be useful for different angles of filming. Furniture can also be moved to fit your production needs. Props include judge gavel banker lights monitor witness mic and more. Parking options Free onsite parking, Free street parking, Nearby parking lot Parking description There is space for 4 vehicles in the very front of the entrance door and over 20 vehicles across the property. Space does not have natural light Lighting description There are no windows and lights can be controlled by a switch. Space is not soundproof Ambient noise description Noise is not common and it is not on a busy street. The most noise is the AC turning on or off. Crew access Ground Floor Equipment loading description The room has a garage door to allow big equipment to be brought in and a movable wall. No staging area available Circuit breaker can be accessed General Rules No smoking in the building No outside food allowed alcohol is allowed loud music is allowed Please place all furniture back in its original place and pick up after yourselves to avoid any cleaning fees All ages are allowed in the space Production insurance is not required Furniture and decorations may be moved The furniture can be moved around as long at it is placed back in position, Smoke machines are allowed Nudity is allowed Security cameras and recording devices There are security cameras in lobby and hallways and entrance of the studio.
