About the Space

This space was designed to fit the "mobster" "kingpin" meet up/sit down office room look. There's many props added to go with the theme around the office space that you can see in the pictures provided. The space is built inside a 20ft shipping container with electrical outlets and filming is allowed outside of the space around the property. A very industrial environment outside is what you will find including barbed wire gates, large metal gate, stacked shipping containers, small alley ways, and more. Parking options Free onsite parking, Free street parking, Nearby parking lot Parking description 3 cars fit on the driveway and an additional parking spot on the side driveway. There's parking on the backside of the property that fits about 10 cars and parking all along the street. Space does not have natural light Space is not soundproof Crew access Ground Floor No staging area available Some rooms are off-limits for shooting The rooms off limits will be pointed out on the day of booking. Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed Circuit breaker can not be accessed General Rules Smoking is allowed. Loud music is allowed on the entire site. Food & Alcohol are allowed in moderation. All ages are allowed in the space Production insurance is not required Furniture and decorations may be moved Furniture can be moved around inside of the space. Please ask before moving anything outside of the room. Smoke machines are allowed Nudity is allowed
