About the Space

This is a very detailed Private Jet Studio Set 20 feet long with 14 windows 4 rgb ambient light strips, and 10 dimmable can lights that can be used for music videos, creative photography, products/brands, formal shoots, birthday shoots, films, etc!!! The Jet includes 5 comfortable reclining seats with unique pillows along with a back section bed with 2 pillows and comforter. Props included are champagne glasses, Ace of Spades Champagne bottle(empty), Clase Azul tequila bottle(empty), 3 Fiji waters, 3 San Pellegrino Sparkling waters, Designer books including a Hermes book, flowers, magazines, 2 wall 19in Tvs and 1 32in Tv, a Table for 2 with a nice luxury plate set, prop steak, prop ice with oysters, gold silverware, chess set, exit signs and more. The Jet has RGB led ambient lights that can change colors through the remote and the small can lights that can be dimmed along with the window lights that can change from a daylight white to a more "sunset" look yellow. Also can flash for a "lightning effect". . The space is built inside a 20ft shipping container with electrical outlets. Filming is allowed outside of the space around the property. A very industrial environment outside including barbed wire gates, large metal gate, stacked shipping containers, small alley ways, and more. Parking options Free onsite parking, Free street parking, Nearby parking lot Parking description approximately 6 cars fit on site and 4 on the side of the street along with another 6 on the side property. There is a nearby lot about a 2min walking distance that another 6-8 cars can fit. Space does not have natural light Lighting description 14 windows are lit with led lights, 10 dimmable can lights, and 4 led strip ambient lights. Space is not soundproof Crew access Ground Floor No staging area available Some rooms are off-limits for shooting The rooms off limits will have signs and/or will be informed to you by the host. Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed Electrical system description There is an outlet behind the 32in tv, and outlet under the table, and an outlet in the back section behind the seat. Circuit breaker can not be accessed General Rules No smoking unless requested and additional fee is paid. Alcohol is allowed in moderation. Food is allowed in small portion. Items can NOT be taking out of the Studio Set. Please clean up after yourself and return all items to their original place. Hide All ages are allowed in the space Production insurance is not required Furniture and decorations may be moved upon request Smoke machines are allowed Nudity is allowed Security cameras and recording devices There are security cameras at the entrance of the property and there is a security camera inside of this studio room for ours/your safety and protection of property inside of this set. The camera can be requested off.
