About the Space

The Historic Theater Lounge and Event Center is in Albuquerque, NM. The building was constructed in 1938. It is situated in a prime location on Central Avenue, along the historic Route 66 and Nob Hill business district. This is the only historic operating theater that also hosts special events such as live concerts, comedy shows, business meetings, private parties and film festivals. An added attraction is our full bar and catering services. The three-story building measures approximately 7,000 square feet consisting of a lounge area (capacity 125), theater seating (capacity 420) There is an outdoor covered patio as well. The stage is equipped with two screens, sound and lighting equipment. A small "green" room is available for performers. Many boutique stores, services, and dining establishments are within a walking distance.
