The East Delray Beach, Florida property is used for outdoor location shoots with four beautifully manicured private porches, a central courtyard, and a privacy-fenced plunge pool with a tanning ledge, loungers, and an in-pool umbrella. The style is modern Palm Beach style with Chicago brick pavers in three porches and a courtyard, and the fourth porch has brand new concrete squares and artificial turf. Gorgeous new landscaping was put in during the summer of 2022, along with landscape lighting all over the property, so it's perfect for dusk or evening shoots. A total of eight parking spaces are available on the property. Please inquire about indoor photos if interested, and we'll be happy to provide them.
