Owner is very pleasant and cooperative with a beautiful home. I would definitely return for small to medium shoot. It is a gated community so need to be aware of that. our shoot with 38 or so fit in the space at their home without issue. As shot outside with some staging inside, it was painless. Please note septic tank system so beyond small will need crowd pleaser. As told by production 20-25 crew and then substantially larger, needed to arrange that late in game and no issues. Overall great experience and recommend home as such.

Everything was great about this house for my photoshoot especially the backyard! Really clean, well kept and the host is very accommodating! I would definitely recommend this place and use it again in the future.

Loved the whole place. The house is very clean and looks even better in person. It was a perfect location for my photo shoot. Beautiful furniture and a lot of spaces to utilize. Host was amazing and very helpful. Highly recommend.
