This home is a traditional, sprawling, mid-century ranch with convenient one-level living. We offer 2 rental options: either the entire private property (5-bedroom, 3.5-bath), or without the separate daylight basement with private rear entrance where the single owner/property manager will quietly reside. This second option is also very private and spacious, with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. A staircase with deadbolt door separates the 2 levels. Prompt attention to all property needs and respect for renters' peace and privacy are of utmost priority.
