Be captivated by the tranquil master suite that overlooks serene waters, complete with a sauna and jetted tub for relaxation. A spacious balcony offers a breathtaking 180-degree view of the waterfront. The elegant living room, work-friendly corner, and two dining areas with expansive windows provide a stylish ambiance, while the game room boasts a pool, foosball table, and a bonus ping pong table in the three-car garage. Outside, a multi-tiered backyard includes a patio dining set, full BBQ grill, sparkling pool with swim jets and water slide, jacuzzi, fire pit, magnolia garden, green turf area, rose garden, and a basketball court perfect for shoots. This spacious home is available only for Events, Meetings and Photoshoots/Filmshoots. Pricing and cleaning fees are subject to change based on the type of event, meeting, or production, as well as the condition of the home following the booking. Final charges will be assessed accordingly.
