3 rooms over 1000 sqft. With a private Poker / Dining Room, a Pool Table room, and a lounge room with a 150" projector subscribed with a DAZN membership for all of your favourite sports games. Located in an industrial business park , there are no residential neighbours, and no businesses open during booking hours, allowing for DJs and party music all night long. This private club house is available for rent everyday from 3pm to 11am the next day. Birthday parties, team parties, bachelor parties, family parties, friends parties, work parties. Gatherings of up to 50 people can be had comfortably in this club house. The 15 person modular couch can easily be swapped around into a sleeping space for those nights people need to crash til' the morning. And a shower incase you need to get ready for work. Bring your own gaming systems and hook them up to the projectors. Both projectors are equipped with Roku integrated apps, for DAZN, Spotify, Netflix, Youtube and more. Easy to get some music going and videos streaming to set the vibe. Full surround sound system, allowing the same music in every room, all controlled by a touch bad wall mounted tablet with Spotify signed in. The front door is a keyless code entry and your code will be given to you 24 hours before your reservation time and will only grant access during your stay. Security cameras are only located at the front door, giving you the privacy you need during your booking. Connecting additional unit, allows for potential 100-120 guests.
