I am located 4 blocks from the beach...but located directly on a deep water intercostal with a dock in Daytona Beach. Across the waterway is a beautiful bridge. On the other hand, is a beautiful little beach street town and the AAA baseball field. The views are breathtaking, and you can hear both the ocean and the Nascar speedway. It's an amazing location for any movie or commercial. Weddings, parties, etc., would love to be located here as it is something from the past. The homes are all million plus along this road, and the long driveway to my home makes you wonder what you are about to enter. It's been built like a fortress with a full attic made of concrete floors that we are certain were built to last in case of the Cubin missile crisis. It was built in 1953 and there is nothing like this gorgeous brick estate.  Large drooping branches of gorgeous 100-year-old oak trees set the stage for a southern taste as well, while the brick home could be something out of a Northern war story. You have to just see it to believe it.
