This outdoor 44X40 Historic Heart Shape swimming space is great for adult and kiddie parties especially during the summer season. Pool area host 34 seats, 8 lounges, 6 tables and 3 Umbrellas. This can also be a great venue for photography sessions and wedding location. You can feel the summer breeze and coolness of the weather when you rent this space. The price per hour with four hour min. Events seating All areas are complimented with lights, Bluetooth speakers and power outlets. The enclosed pool area has 10 lounges- 6 Tables & 34 seats. 3,400 sq ft. The Manor Garden area encompasses 6 areas. Totaling over 75 seats- 3 Firepits- 9 tables, 4 fountains- Hanging Double Swing Chair overlooking the Halifax River The Fountain Garden area has 27 seats- 4 table 1 firepit The outer garden has 4 individual seating areas with tables or coffee table- 1 firepit The Front Poach area has 6 seats- table and Firepit Extensive concrete dance area is available for larger parties with power outlets for DJ or small band & lights. (Size- 30 feet X 25 feet) Additional seating, tables, 10X10 Gazebos plus 20 X40 Tent are available upon request for additional fee. Jacuzzi hot tub is available only for overnight guests.
