Clean and comfortable. If cooking plan to buy or bring spices, flour, etc. Pans, plates, utensils are provided. As others have mentioned, the train horn signal is to be expected! Nice neighborhood, off street parking was a big plus. Patio seating to enjoy the outside. A lot of reasons to enjoy this property.

The inside and outside spaces are thoughtfully accommodated and clean and comfortable, every detail attended to! The entire property was fresh and clean, spic n span. Our kids spent hours on the rope swing-what a sweet touch! We really appreciated having everything we needed to enjoy our beautiful beach days-chairs, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards, and even toys! You couldn't ask for a better location or for a more attentive and kind host.

Excellent hosts and home. The interior was just as in pictures - spacious, clean, well stocked and comfortable. The exterior is beautiful, serene, a nice covered patio with dining area, fruit trees, humming birds. The location is excellent - block away from beautiful beach, lots of restaurants, cafes, bars - all in walking distance. Now the only con, which the host has clearly disclosed in their listing, is frequent train horn because of railway crossing being a block away, but it didn’t bother us all that much. Communication from host is perhaps the best I’ve come across.
