About the Space
Welcome to this classic four bedroom, two-story stone home nestled on the banks of the Jock River. The home features hardwood floors throughout and large windows. There is a large covered porch on the east side of the home to access the smaller unit with large windows facing towards the Jock River. The main unit has access through a private entrance on the north side of the home. Both units are equipped with a fridge, stove. This horse farm has 70 acres of land, 5 paddocks, 2 large well built barns with 15 box stalls, tack room, home based business building, large machine shed/garage, several other outbuildings. The farm currently has cattle and chickens. Farmland is used for the production of hay for the cows and goats and some fields grow vegetables. Main barn is bright and well appointed. Cinder block construction and extremely well built loft for hay storage. The hay loft is magnificent showcasing the great craftmanship that went into building barns back in the days..
