The bedroom is an open design with a black leather Onda California King, also from Poliform, with a matching black leather Barcelona chair. The entire second floor is equipped with Lifx lighting for full-color spectrum and light temperature lighting customization.
The master bathroom flooring is a warm sand slate with white sandstone double sinks. The shower is entirely glass with a rainwater spout. The enormous bath easily fits two.
With views of the Hollywood hill and Century City, the grounds have several gardens, two fountains and four buildings. Two buildings are historic Spanish 20s. The third is a unique hybrid of the original 1920s facade combined with contemporary architecture. The final building is entirely contemporary.
