Incredibly furnished two-story architectural loft on the coveted courtyard level in the acclaimed Laurel Court Loft Complex. Built in 2004 and completely renovated in 2011 by Flow Modern Design, this unit features 18’ ceilings, walls of glass with East/West exposure and custom finishes throughout. The first level showcases concrete floors, an entire wall made of chalkboard (with rolling library ladder), a built-in bar with beverage refrigerator, a dining area with built in banquette, a gourmet chef’s kitchen with exposed brick and top-of-the-line appliances, guest bedroom/office with built in bed and desk, and a spacious guest bathroom with urinal and floor to ceiling designer tile. A roll-up garage door leads outdoors to a private back patio and garden with turf, a fire pit, and private jacuzzi spa. Hardwood stairs lead to the top floor which is dedicated to the stunning Primary suite and custom walk-in closet. A Juliette Balcony from the bedroom overlooks and opens into the kitchen so you can wake up to the smell of fresh coffee from the Nespresso machine. The sleek primary bath features a smoke-glass enclosed shower and double vanity. The unit also features roller solar window treatments, Apple TV, and Nest wifi controlled HVAC.
