La Estancia-Spanish Colonial Estate
Nestled at the base of Camelback Mountain in Phoenix, Arizona this elegant 1930's Spanish Colonial has an old Hollywood vibe. It once operated as an intimate bed and breakfast tucked away on one acre of citrus and palm trees in the tranquil Arcadia residental area. It boasts beautiful views of Camelback Mountain.
The interior of the house reflects the Monterey Revival and Spanish eclectic styles in its scored and tinted concrete floors, rustic texture stucco walls, stained wood panel and french doors, and ornamental wrought iron balustrades, light fixtures and hardware. The home contains five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The floors on the first level are concrete and the hardware on the interior panel doors throughout the house is original.

Well Equipped Cottage with Unique Style at Downtown
This unique home's main draw is the overall quality of restoration, the quality of space and light it provides, and the thoroughness of design throughout the property - every last corner is designed and curated. With 11'-6" tall ceiling, oversized windows with original float glass, carrara marble countertops, original hardwood floors, the house has a presence not often seen in Phoenix. There are 3 fire outdoor fireplaces, 6 outdoor sitting areas, professional landscape design and lighting throughout. The square-footage of the house itself is 2400sf, but is surrounded by 8,000sf of gardens on a 10,000sf lot on a bustling historic neighborhood street, two doors west of two restaurants (Welcome Diner and Gallo Blanco), and a photo studio Blok Studio and a plant store called Pueblo.
Built in 1907 and remodeled in 2019, this home was used to film Apple Computer's Genius Program tutorial footage, and has been the backdrop for numerous video and photography shoots over the years, including shoots with famous sports figures and movie celebrities.
In addition to being equipped with cooking and plating for dinner events, upon request the home can be equipped with a 12' wide x 11' tall photo paper backdrop with 4 studio soft box lights. We hold these items in off-site storage and can have them delivered to the house for your use for $100/day. A digital projector that projects an 8' wide image is located in the living room.
Most of the furnishings and artwork in the home are designed by local Phoenix artists, and most is for sale (the home is curated as a gallery) - if you see something you like, please inquire!
Situated in the heart of Garfield Historic District, and in the heart of downtown Phoenix, this red brick 1907 Grand Pyramid Cottage is the oldest house of its kind in the southwest. Tall ceilings and large windows provide beautiful light throughout this beautiful designer-owned home. The home is a 15 minute walk the Convention Center/ball park/basket ball stadium, two light rail stations and much much more.
Guests have access to the entire property, except for the design studio that is located on the second floor of the house - accessed via an external stair off the Sunset balcony, and a guesthouse located at the back of the property called KBOX.
