I booked this home last minute for a shoot and Jeff's communication was great! My team and I was able to get everything we needed from this one location. The views are incredible. the home is extremely clean, and the neon lights are unlike anything I've seen at other locations.

This house is truly stunning in person, and it photographs & films beautifully! Since every inch of the home is designed with such a special touch, we ended up getting even more looks than we thought we would. Jill and Kaitlyn were wonderful to work with, and we look forward to coming back soon.

Exactly what I expected, good clean space ready to use when we arrived. Access is typical downtown with a creaky elevator and lot parking across the street. Studio was quiet and we were able to work privately and efficiently. Thanks!

Chandler Farms was a great property with a gorgeous view and beautiful decor. It was perfect for our photo shoot with the main house, guest house and bungalow having a variety of styles. Would book again!

Excellent communication. Chris answered all my questions in advance quickly and accurately. He provided a map of local parking regulations which was very helpful to my team. His house was available to us right at the appointed time, and then he left us alone to do our project. I recommend this property owner--no hassles.

Pros and Cons of Photo Shoot Venues in Memphis

Beale Street. Elvis. The National Civil Rights Museum. What’s not to love? There are a few pros and cons of photo shoot venues in Memphis, despite these obvious advantages.

Advantages

  • Cost-effective
Photo shoot venue locations in Memphis are budget-friendly, which is a definite advantage to any project, as budget funds can always be re-allocated to something else. The city has a low cost of living and this flows into other aspects of working here as well.

  • Culture
We already listed a few of the cultural icons that visitors and residents can enjoy in Memphis. It’s a great city to visit with plenty to do. People enjoy coming here and the number of repeat visitors gives strong evidence that it’s a destination worth all the accolades.

  • Mild temperatures
The milder temperatures in the fall, winter, and spring make Memphis an attractive place to visit for people from colder climates. It’s nice to escape the heavy winter coat and snow shovel (if that’s part of your normal winter routine) and thaw out during a photo shoot in the city.

Disadvantages

  • Heat and humidity
Then, summer comes along, and with it the high heat and humidity. It’s a disadvantage of photo shoot venue options in Memphis that you’ll want to consider. An indoor location or a shoot during one of the other seasons may be preferred.

  • Severe weather events
Memphis has her fair share of severe weather events, and there’s not much that can be done to avoid them. Our best recommendation is to watch the weather reports and have a plan in place in case one does foil your plans.

  • Transportation options
There aren’t a lot of public transportation options in Memphis. Most people who book space in the city either have their own car or use private transportation to facilitate their visit.
