We had a high school graduation at this venue and we received so many compliments on our decision. Jaimy (owner) was very easy to work with leading up to and during our party. He was very considerate of our needs and generous with his time and space. The venue itself is beautiful and quite spacious and has endless possibilities for your gatherings but it is also in a nice close knit neighborhood so there are strict guidelines and rules to keep the community happy. As long as you're not trying to plan a huge rager then you'll be fine. I wouldn't want that type of party in my neighborhood either. We had approximately 100 guest at our party and we all were very comfortable. There's ample parking space and there's an Albertson's near by as well as Walmart if you need any last minute pick-ups, beyond that Blue Diamond rd, Rainbow blvd and the 215 are all within 10mins or less from this property. If you're considering this venue for your event don't forget you're working with a person and not some faceless rental company, work with Jaimy and he'll work with you to meet your needs.

The venue was amazing and fit our 70’s theme perfectly. The owners were very easy to communicate with, easy to contact, and always returned messages quickly. In the event day the owners were available for immediate help with any questions or concerns. I would absolutely reccomend this venue.

We hosted our wedding reception here and Alicia & Victor were so accommodating! They were quick to respond to all our questions and were so kind! The home itself is STUNNING. Even better in person and was absolutely beautiful! Has the perfect party vibe, the disco ball was a huge plus! Our experience here was even better than we imagined. We had the time of our lives. Thank you Alicia & Victor for helping us make our wedding night so memorable.

OMG!!! If you’re still searching, look no further! Judy and her husband were the absolute best hosts ever with a beautiful backyard!! We booked this location for our son’s high school graduation party and let me just say it was such a great experience! They were thoughtful and their attention to detail was amazing! Our friends and family who traveled from out of town were very impressed. We had such a great time. Book now! You will not be disappointed!

This space is WONDERFUL! They decorated the area above and beyond what we expected, and the space was absolutely perfect! We had an incredible time. The staff was super attentive and the owner even came by to say hello and ensure we were okay. We will definitely be coming here more often to rent space and enjoy the place. The drink menu was super fun, and the food was delicious. Absolutely recommend!

I rented this venue for a pool party on my 25th birthday. The backyard was beautiful! There is more than enough space for large gatherings. I only used the pool area but there’s also a large grass area that can be used for more space. It is located in a culdesac which makes it easier for guest to find parking and there’s only one neighbor across the street. We had a DJ and we never got a noise complaint considering it was past midnight. The hosts were absolutely amazing and super friendly!! Tori, thank you again for making our experience one to remember. Tori was always available when I had questions, even during our event. She was also welcoming and made sure we knew were everything was. I would definitely recommend this venue for any event. You will not regret it 😁
